OUR STORY

The name, “Auntie Mari’s Bake Shop”, originated long after I got a baking license.

Over the years compliments on these decadent dessert cakes infused with only the best sugar, cream cheese, fruit and nuts, and constant experimentation (many ideas from my dessert gourmet friends), led me to the next step which was, “goodness should be shared”.

The desserts I had been making for birthdays, holidays and other special occasions became, “Auntie Mari’s Confectionaries”, and I expanded on my lifelong love of baking.

I haven’t looked back.  There’s no time.

With over a decade of sharing the goodness, starting with just an oven and never enough refrigerator/freezer space, I now have the facilities that allow me to turn out hundreds and hundreds of these delicious special occasion rolls without sacrificing the taste and quality that got me here.

All hand made.

Now with over two dozen varieties that range from the holiday standard Pumpkin from scratch, the more esoteric French Toast with Bacon, to German Chocolate, Caramel Pecan, Strawberry, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Mints, Dark Chocolate Raspberry only to mention a few.

I’ve expanded in to a wide range of cupcakes in a variety of flavors, fillings and toppings. Cakes and cobbler cups too.

There’s something for everyone.
